The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments from the shop.packaging.si seller is Pošta Slovenije or GLS Slovenia, but shop.packaging.si reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it can fulfill the order more efficiently.
Delivery is charged for each shipment separately, and the price depends on the weight and volume of the shipment. Delivery time: 1-2 days (Slovenia, Austria), 2-3 days (Germany, Luxemburg), 3-5 (other EU countries), 7-10 days (other countries).
If the exact delivery date is selected, shop.packaging.si ships the order 1 day before the selected delivery date and sends the customer a shipping notification, Pošta Slovenije and GLS deliver most packages on the next working day after the shipping notification. In case of choosing the method of payment by bank transfer to the account of the company Kadrovik d.o.o. (by quotation/prospective invoice) delivery may be delayed, as the order goes further into the processing process after receipt of payment according to the quotation/prospective invoice.
Posta Slovenije delivers small and large packages for us, GLS delivers small packages.
In the case of choosing delivery on the selected day, the cost of delivery increases (even if the package meets the conditions of free delivery).
In the case of cash payment upon home delivery, the cost increases by €1.
In the case of partial delivery, we will divide your order into several shipments. We will ship items that are in stock immediately, and others as they become available. If you decide on a partial delivery, we will charge you the delivery cost for each shipment separately.
You can collect the shipment in person or have an authorized representative, legal representative or guardian collect it on your behalf.
If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery, Pošta Slovenije will send you a message with instructions on where you can pick up the package or who can you contact to have the package redelivered to you. You can also arrange a new delivery date by phone with the GLS delivery person.
You will receive the invoice for your order within 24 hours to the e-mail address with which you submitted the online order.
shop.packaging.si reserves the right to divide the order into several shipments due to different delivery deadlines for the items in the order. In this case, we will deliver the ordered items to you individually in several shipments and you will be charged a separate delivery cost for each shipment.
After submitting an online order, it is no longer possible to change the method of delivery or collection of the item.
